Pizza Pizza Ltd - Markham

We ordered pizza from thornhill pizza pizza. The driver came, I did not tip him. He demanded a tip and didn't give me pizza until we did so. Opened the pizza and there was a bug in it. Will not eat here again.

I tried their advertised Poutine. With a bottle of water the total was $11. The poutine I I was the one with bacon. The experience was awful. Or ally a poutine has enough sauce to reach your last bite. This one had just enough sauce to reach the upper part of the meal. The cheese? I couldn’t find evidence of cheese curd whatsoever except for the occasional white discolouration in the little gravy that existed. Just unbelievable ! This is a poutine created not my chefs but by accountant. It seemed that the bottom line was far more important than consumer satisfaction.

Ordered specials X large pizza thin crust light on sauce the pizza was amazing. Most of the other pizza pizza places should be like this one. I mean it is fantastic !!!

Every 2 years I eat pizza here when I order for my kids and am in a rush. This is your typical Pizza Pizza. It's a Toronto icon but not very good pizza. See you in 2yrs again.

I stopped in for lunch and instead of the usual reliable staff, there was a new guy working the counter. His attitude was not suited for the service industry - he was rude, short-tempered, and made customers feel unwelcome. For example, when a pizza fell on the ground while he was serving other customers, he was dismissive and told them they had to pay for another one. I also tried to order their new deep dish pizza, but he had no idea what I was talking about. Despite these issues, the food is good when fresh, but if that guy is working there, I'll probably just leave.
