Mofu Japanese Bakery - Markham

This bakery, located inside J-Town, is fantastic! I reached out to them on Instagram before my visit, and they were incredibly friendly, letting me know that their roll cakes and mochi mofuins are gluten-free. They offer an impressive variety of flavors for both treats. I opted for a sampler set of the roll cakes, which included black sesame, chocolate, strawberry, and chestnut. They were delightful and possibly the best gluten-free cakes I've ever tasted! The mochi mofuins are a delicious blend of mochi and muffin, available in a wide range of flavors like milk tea, coffee, green tea, and strawberry. I'll definitely be returning the next time I need a cake!
