McDonald's - Markham

The service was terrible and the place was dirty and the parking was scarce. Food value is no longer a good deal here. Mac and fries for over $9.00 is a bit much.

Going through the drive-through, ordered and paid for 2 coffees and 2 chocolate muffins. got to the pick-up window just to be told that they are out of chocolate muffins. offered 2 minichocolate danish or $0.40 refunded. no apologies, nor proper value refunded for the sold out muffins

The restaurant lacked common sense when my order of my daughter was complete and she asked for BBQ, I was not offered the BBQ sauce unless I paid 20 cents.It was embarrassing in front of my daughter who was on wheelchair to be asked that as I felt like I was begging for BBQ sauce for her meal. I confirmed with the person on the counter if she was serious and she ignored me and called another order with no respect or courtesy to me or my daughter. I've been going to this restaurant but not with my daughter who is on wheel chair as it;s easier to do take out but I will never go back due to lack of courtesy and for the embarrassment this person caused me infront of my daughter.

Been here multiple times with kids and also alone. Food is served very fast. The kids play area is very well maintained. It's clean and does not smell. There is staff supervision at times.

It is a busy Saturday lunch hours, their store still maintains clean and neatThe staff kept cleaning up.
