Magic Noodle Markham Dà Huái Shù Wàn Jǐn Diàn

This review is based on my interaction with a staff named Xinjing on August 22, 2023. I ordered through the app and mistakenly set the pick up time an hour later than intended. Upon arrival, she politely informed me that the pick up time is 6:30PM and thus the food has not been prepared yet. She proceeded to tell me it’s okay and that the kitchen can start on the order right away. As I waited, she saw me holding my baby and offered a small balloon for him to play with. My baby loved it. The food was ready in less than 10 minutes. The entire process was smooth and relaxing despite my order pick up mistake. I really appreciate the way she handled the situation and the service she provided. Thank you again. I hope that this review reaches the owner.

I can't believe I walked into this place for dinner and I see the staff preparing my food with bare hands and scratching their head. Are these people trying to save money on gloves? Not only that but the portions are way too small for the price we had paid.$19 for a bowl of ramen I could have bought from Walmart.

It's one of those places where you have to scan a QR code and order through your phone not ideal for everyone. We ended up ordering some things through the waitress in an attempt to simplify things and half the orders came out wrong. Food is fine but won't be going back due to service.

Came here during their 10 year anniversary event and ordered the Magic Chicken Noodles and a lamb skewer. The cumin lamb was flavourful. The Magic Chicken was mediocre—the chicken was very cold, likely fried and sliced hours in advance. The noodles were chewy and the portion was huge.You can order through the QR code on the table and pay when you order. Therefore there was minimal service.

We had our super on the 2nd last day of their 10 anniversary weeks. Food was awesome, and service was okay. We asked for a refill of water, but no one did that for us. I think just because they have only two servers for more than 10 tables to serve.The discounted prices for the everyday three specials are very reasonable, as they promoted it as the prices of ten years ago.We generally enjoyed the meal.
