Hongkong Egglet - Markham

SUPER UNORGANIZED. They told me to listen for my Order printed on the receipt when ordering. However, when the egglet was ready, they simply called out the items ordered. A customer who ordered the same item but placed the order after me got my order as a result. When inquired the staff about my order, the “chef” simply glanced at me and continued making the egglets. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! Another customer was also upset that a customer who arrived later got their food first, especially when she had been waiting for at least 20 minutes. When I finally got my Original egglets, they were COOL, not warm. They weren’t crispy either. Can easily get better quality ones at a lower/same price elsewhere. I WILL NEVER RETURN to HongKong Egglet.

I consider this groundbreaking as the egglet filling has a variety of top-notch flavours, is high-quality, and is high-quantity. And all factors considered, the price is very reasonable. Now, let's hope it all stays that way. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had the original and egg yolk. As I bit into the warm egg waffle, I was immediately struck by the perfect balance of flavors and textures. The exterior was crispy and golden brown, with a delicate, eggy flavor that was perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the batter. The interior was light and fluffy, with a soft, spongy texture that melted in my mouth. I couldn't help but savor each bite... I highly recommend it. Service: Take out
