Hero Certified Burgers - Markham

Hero is hero, eating is quite predictable. the customer service was not ideal here. we have no speculation and the person who still cook. when we remembered the person behind the counter that we asked that there is no gay, they removed it, but would not leave the burger again. we didn't eat it.

Love that the burgers are halal here. Will continue to come back here regularly.

Always reliable, Hero Burger is a family favorite whenever we crave something quick and delicious! They prepare it just the way we like, and we can always count on getting our onion rings! The burgers are consistently juicy and hormone-free, and you can really taste the quality. While the service can vary, this visit was great. The staff was attentive and considerate, especially with the many customization options available. At one point, a server mistakenly thought a pickup order was mine, and when she realized it wasn’t, she checked with the kitchen to see if it was nearly ready. Everything was beautifully made! When I called the restaurant at 10 AM to address the issue, someone answered and suggested that I come in personally for a free drink. However, I ordered delivery for a reason—I’m not able to pick up the meal in person. It’s frustrating to deal with this, especially since I’m already not feeling well and was counting on this meal. According to food industry standards, restaurants should inform customers if they’re unable to provide the correct items, but it seems there was no warning about this policy. My Thursday night was ruined because of this experience, and I am disappointed with the service.

I ordered from two different locations via UberEats, and the burgers from the McCowan and Hwy 7 location tasted and looked very different, even though they were the same order. The buns were different as well, and it seemed like there was less attention to detail with the burger itself. The wrapping paper was also not the same. The patty appeared smaller and seemed to be overcooked. I would prefer to order from a different place instead.
