Chipotle Mexican Grill - Markham

I decided to stop by and get two bowls, feeling good about my day. However, when I got home, I found a long hair in my food, and the service was really disappointing. To make matters worse, my order wasn’t even correct. I forgot to ask for sour cream because the poor service put me in a bad mood. I also tried calling them, but no one answered, leaving me feeling like I just wasted my money. This has been the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

I really enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. The staff were excellent, and the portion sizes were generous. The place was clean, too.

The food was excellent! It’s probably the first time in a long while that the chips weren’t stale, which was a pleasant surprise. I also tried the guacamole for the first time, and it was delicious—though I ended up with too much food after ordering the queso and chicken bowl. Overall, Chipotle is quite consistent, and I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you haven’t been before!

I am really disappointed. When my girlfriend and I ordered our food, the server rushed through our orders to save time for another customer, instead of taking our orders individually. As a result, he made mistakes with our selections, and unfortunately, he gave me cheese, even though I can't eat any dairy products.

The restaurant tends to be quite busy, especially during lunch hours, but it's absolutely worth the wait. I'm not sure what sets this place apart, but I've tried their food at various times of the day and even compared it to other Chipotles. There’s something special about the way they prepare the food here—it's simply delicious. As a fan of Mexican cuisine, I can confidently give this place a 10/10 recommendation. The slight wait is definitely justified, and the staff usually work efficiently. Hats off to the franchise owner and their team; you all do an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back... on a weekly basis!
