White Castle - Markham

They need help.. the service is horrible.. like why does it take 20 minutes to get two waffle sliders? It’s 5 people working yet

My Mom and sister wanted White Castle for lunch. So, we drove through the drive thru, and I was a bit hesitant. Since it's normally a long wait. However, on this particular day mid afternoon on a Saturday. Cierra our drive thru attendant, was so sweet and attentive. She was able to provide excellent customer service, the food was hot and quick. And she had the sweetest smile and perfect mannerisms!!! I was pleased to give her a review!! Keep it up, you are definitely going somewhere someday!! Keep pushing forward!!! Avea, an exceptional employee, ensured that my experience was memorable by taking my order with a smile and preparing my food with precision. The wait was minimal, and my food arrived piping hot, a true reflection of Avea's hard work and dedication. I am grateful for her service and wish her continued success in all her endeavors.

The service is fairly fast and good. I love the sliders and while I try to not eat them often whenever I have a craving I go here.

We’ve been waiting in drive through for almost 35mins. This is unacceptable.

They are slow aa hell i cane in from the drive through hoping i would get my order quicker . They still took an extra 10 minutes to get my order . Dark skin tall girl was in the back yelling with the manager . Then i came in thats when she started making everybody else order . So i wait 20
