I moved to the area about a year ago and this is the closest Dunkin to my house, the most convenient. I spend over $4 a day at minimum and sometimes up to $10 a day if my son comes with lol. I am dissatisfied and disappointed every single time. I order the same iced coffee every day, and the drive thru person thinks it’s hilarious that he can recite my order and he’s so bothered I’m at the drive thru however him and his team can not even get the order correct. I always leave without liquid sugar they give me regular sugar and they always forget to add a donut or two. Just really terrible customer service, no brains.
This location is so unorganized. They never have others in stock. The cashier always have a negative attitude. I don’t understand why they are even open. They barely have coffee. There machines are always broke. I work around this location and it’s horrible.
Check your food before you leave and have your receipt ready. It was a bit messy in there even though me and my friend were the only 2 customers in the store.
This was the best Dunkin' I've ever been too the ppl are friendly and the donuts are good the iced coffee is
