We ordered a sour cream and chive potato, but they served us something else entirely. We also ordered a large bacon cheeseburger, and it was missing a key ingredient. Out of the three items we ordered, two were wrong, and the restaurant wasn't even busy at the time. I won’t be coming back again. There are many restaurants in Marion, so I recommend avoiding this one.
I had the absolute worst service I've ever experienced at a Wendy's, particularly at the location on Tar Half Capital. The employee at the register was not helpful and seemed overwhelmed, which caused a lot of confusion. Additionally, the food was taking a very long time to be served at the tables, and the line was moving extremely slowly.
I ate wendy today and became literally sick. I called the manager and said it was a problem with my body and tried to say the cheese was fresh, but we all know that milk products are prepacked. because I eat quite the same when I go, it never made me sick until today, so I know for one thing, it's nothing to do with my body. it was very disrespectful.
This is pure laziness from there end I work in fast food n I get making mistakes but i asked for the classic chicken sandwich with everything that came on it the only thing I asked to add was ketchup. I get one single shred of cheese n ketchup. Come on Wendy’s do better
