Wendy's - Marion

The food was decent for what we ordered: four junior burgers and a chicken club sandwich meal. Unfortunately, the fries were disappointing. The total was around $19. The fountain drink machine was a hit with the kids, especially the cherry cream soda.

Although there was an evident staff shortage, my experience was satisfactory. My order was incorrect, but I noticed how diligently they were working, so I decided to remain silent about it.

I decided to try the new strawberry Frosty instead. I pulled up to the next window to pay, where my money was taken, and the window was closed without a word. After that, we moved to the third window. The man there handed over our order and closed the window without any acknowledgment. It’s disappointing, especially considering I know it's just a fast-food restaurant. I work long hours as a nurse, and despite the hectic nature of my job, I always manage to smile and say "thank you" and "please." It felt as if they could have put forth a little more effort to create a welcoming atmosphere, especially since it wasn’t a particularly busy day.

Good customer service, corrected my order without question. Good food good prices affordable for everyone. I highly recommend this place and location.

Waited in line and the girl said they where short handed that it would be about 20 min till they could get my order I pass by the drive threw window and there laughing and talking doing nothing how ignorant are people really. This place needs better management!!!
