Great customer service in the drive the young woman was so nice and friendly great customer service I believe her name was Jamia foods and my strawberry lemonade frozen was great I came to Friday night around 1250pm

People that work here always got an attitude and for some reason right now their lobby is closed so you can't order anything inside unless you order through the app or delivery which sucks and it's been like this for a whole not sure why this Popeyes needs some fixing

Online it says they open till 4am we got there they had the drive thru sign ON! But no one inside! Very misleading

This place is filthy inside and out. Drive thru window is filthy and has all stickers and graffiti. They attempted to remove the stickers but left most of it on. Condiment packets had sticky residue all over. Absolutely disgusting. Standards are clearly not met.

I spent $42 at 10:06 PM, and when you spend that much, there shouldn't be any problems. To start, my chicken was not fresh. I ordered a 3-piece wing combo and two apple pies, but only one pie was available. I usually receive excellent service at this location, but tonight was disappointing. I plan to call the store to express my concerns. I also ordered the shrimp tackle box combo and a 3-piece combo, and I'll give them a chance to rectify the situation.
