Genova’s Pizza - Marion

I want to warn everyone to avoid using a debit card at Genova's. I just checked my bank statement and noticed six unauthorized charges from them on July 2.

I had some trouble placing my order because the person on the phone didn't speak English as their first language. However, she was incredibly patient and worked hard to help me, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the pizza itself was the worst I’ve ever had. It’s disappointing because I used to order from this restaurant weekly. This time, the crust was old and had a sour taste, and there were hardly any toppings or cheese. I paid $30 for one pizza and regret every moment of it. I might consider giving it another shot in a year or so.

I wouldn't recommend the foldover. The crust has a strange flavor that I found unappealing. I'm not sure if the regular pizza has the same taste.

Worst pizza I've ever had. I bet the box it came in would taste better.

Didn’t realize how good the pizza is here and it’s literally only a couple of blocks away from my home! Way better than the chain places!
