Fantastic place in the neighborhood. I adore their catfish. The staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Exceptional!! The barbecue basket and a side of mushrooms were delicious!! In my opinion, the best in Southern Illinois. The customer service and atmosphere were excellent. A definite 5-star experience.

The wait staff at this restaurant is amazing and provides incredibly fast service. They offer typical Midwest diner fare, including homemade pies that are so good you'll want to keep it a secret from your grandma. The background music is a mix of country tunes, adding to the Midwest atmosphere of the place. The restaurant has an older crowd with many regulars who are known by name, making it a true Midwest experience.

Good smoked flavor for the pulled pork but the meat is dry if you don't use barbecue sauce. Friendly service. I love homemade pie and this restaurant has it, however, the peanut butter pie isn't creamy with terrific peanut butter flavor. It's more gelatinous like they've used a lot of gelatin to thicken the filling with very little to no peanut butter flavor.

Always great food and good service. Best fish in town.
