Cook Out - Marion

The food was fantastic, and the customer service was outstanding! However, there was no option for indoor seating, and there was no public restroom available. Despite that, my overall experience was excellent!

The food was excellent, and the service was wonderful! I went to the inside counter to place my usual order.

I've been looking forward to trying one of these places for quite some time, and I finally had the opportunity to do so in Tifton, GA. The food was tasty, the shake was excellent, and they even serve Cheerwine! It's a great alternative to McDonald's, Burger King, and Chick-fil-A.

I was very disappointed with my experience at the cookout in Marion NC all the other ones I have been to have been amazing but this one was nasty and I placed my order 2 to the guy. He then told us to pull to the next window they had none of our order correct and we kept having to tell them what we needed and they made us pay more and more we had 4 receipts from just trying to to get our order right. The food was cold and nasty overall I do not recommend going to that cookout.

I normally like to leave positive reviews. However, I’ve been to this location twice now, and have been disappointed. The first time they messed up our order and ignored us whenever we tried to correct it, but passed out the correct order after we waited for a moment. The second time I went all I ordered was a milkshake and once I drank down all the vanilla ice cream, all of my other ingredients (peanut butter and banana) were stuck to the side of the cup and weren’t even mixed into the milkshake. I feel like it’s time that they step up the game. Both occasions were on the night shift.Vegetarian options: Fries and if you eat cheese there’s a grilled cheese and quesadilla.
