We stayed at the hotel for four days and had dinner at the restaurant two nights. It was absolutely amazing. The view is spectacular facing the lake in the vulcanic crater. On the opposite side is The Pope’s summer residence. The menu is not very big but everything we had was a 5 star experience. From local dishes to steak. The waiter was very professional and attentive. We usually do not tip in Italy but both nights we tipped both the waiter and the chef. We will definitely be back. The room is tastefully decorated and the lights just perfect.

Although I did not stay very long at the hotel, just overnight, I was touched by the friendliness and warm hospitality of the staff. The lobby is nice, but I suggest adding more chairs. This was the second time to stay at Cresta Jameson Hotel. I was a bit concerned about the security arangements at the hotel, where I felt that people from the streets can easily access it and use the elevators I may be wrong, though! I enjoyed the English breakfast, really nice and with a good variety.

I did not stay here as it was full but I joined a dinner at this hotel, the meal was very good, particularly the pasta with boar sauce and the veal. Service was efficient and overall it was a pleasant experience
