I really appreciate what I experienced here—there was no cutting corners! The cashier was incredibly cheerful and full of energy.

Delicious...tongue torch sauce was a delicious buffalo style sauce....chicken fingers very well seasoned. Value was great for taste and selection. About $10 bucks for traditional wings, chicken fingers, fries, celery and a drink. Will be coming back.

4 stars cause it aint no chick fil a. But food looked tasted great! Restaurant looked ALOT cleaner than most.

Since this location opened, my family and I have ordered from this Zaxby's at least 90 to 100 times or more. I usually use the drive-thru, and 99% of the time, the order is correct. There may have been one or two instances where I didn’t receive a sauce I had ordered as an extra, but that’s a very minor issue overall. However, I can echo what another reviewer mentioned: there have been occasions when I received ‘old’ toast—pieces that were completely rock-hard and could actually make a knocking sound on any surface. That’s a bit frustrating because it’s clear that the person who packed the toast knew it wasn’t fresh. It’s disappointing when one meal comes with old, hard toast, but it’s even worse when all three dinners include the same problem. When I’ve ordered an entire basket of toast, it’s infuriating to find all six halves (or three full slices) inedible and needing to be thrown away because they’ve dried out and become completely hard. Also, they could be a bit more generous with the napkins! On a positive note, every employee I’ve interacted with at this location has been fantastic—extremely professional and genuinely friendly.
