The food was fantastic! We decided to stop in based on Yelp reviews, and it turned out to be the best choice. Chef Rodney was incredibly kind and even chatted with our son. The servers were excellent too. My son had the gumbo and loved it; I enjoyed a delicious burger, and the lemon pie was superb—especially the meringue. I highly recommend this place as a stop on the way to Dallas from OKC. We can't wait to come back and try the catfish on a Friday!

We were passing through on a road trip read the reviews on Yelp. We always try to eat a local establishment when we can. The decor is great, the employees friendly the grilled chicken sandwich was so good. The bun tasted freshly made. He had the club sandwich enjoyed it. If you want to taste great food, prepared just for you, this is the place.

While we genuinely wish this restaurant success, we regret to say that we won't be returning or recommending it. As former restaurant owners, we arrived with high expectations upon seeing "Chef" in the name. Unfortunately, the service was slow, despite our server being courteous; it took nearly an hour to receive two regular meals and a few kids' burger meals. The French fries were frozen, the fried chicken lacked flavor, and the pasta was bland and unseasoned. The kids' burgers were served on hard French bread, and the cold salad was placed on a hot plate alongside hot dishes. In our opinion, nothing stood out or inspired us to return. However, the atmosphere is quite eclectic, and the restaurant is situated in a good location. This place has potential if it invests in enhancing the flavors on its menu.
