Starbucks Coffee - Marietta

Guillermo is literally the best person in the world, dieucks is so happy to have him because I certainly tried to steal him a few times! I love to come to these diets! best diets ever!

Not very happy with my $3.45 sq.t coffee? it took 15 minutes to get my “hot” COLD america after my mobile order. what happened to this place? if I wanted a cold and non-tasteful coffee, I would have gone to a tank, they probably have something better there.

We live nearby and frequently visit this café because their coffee is consistently good. However, today we had a disappointing experience. The service was not only slow but also rude. We placed an order for two drinks through the app, but when I arrived to pick them up, I stood waiting for about three minutes while the employees glanced over at me. When they finally opened the window, I had to wait an additional 3-5 minutes for just one drink. It seems there was an issue with the app where it didn't register the second drink due to an ingredient choice, but instead of being helpful, the staff member who assisted us was quite dismissive and insisted we order the second drink through the drive-thru. We ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes there, with no apologies for the delay. While I understand that the café may be short-staffed at times, that shouldn't be an excuse for poor customer service.

I wanted a white chocolate ****. it was terrible as if the powder they used was not completely mixed or dissolved. it was disgusting. I was halfway to my goal before I really could taste it so I couldn't turn around and let him revive, but terrible experience!

When our order was ready, we went to pick it up, and I asked for straws, but he immediately started taking another customer's order. He made us wait while he served that person their coffee and sandwich before even acknowledging us. I noticed he was polite and friendly with everyone else in line, but my friend and I were treated very poorly. I hate to bring race into this, but I can’t help but wonder if it played a role in his behavior. I have never encountered such treatment at any other Starbucks, and it’s really disappointing that this location would employ someone who treats customers in such a discouraging manner.
