Papa John's Pizza - Marietta

Awesome staff! I ordered some pizza and drinks for some guys working on my house and forgot I didn?t have cups so I called thinking they would just say they can?t provide cups. The delivery driver showed up with a bag full of cups, plates and napkins.

2nd time in a row now that this happened at this location: We order pizza via the PJ app. App notifies us that pizza is ready for pick up. We go into the store and mention the name on our order. The team checks the boxes in waiting and say?sorry it?s not ready yet, still in the oven.? We wait patiently wait inside the store but after about 20 minutes ! askagain. They now check an area they hadn?t before. And our pizza had been sitting there all the time?. ???? How hard can it beto just help a loyal customer correctly instead of letting them standing and waiting for 20 minutes in clear sight. Pizza wasok, not great.

This is an incredible Papa John's location. Every time I've been here, it has been packed with people waiting for their orders But the employees are always friendly and provide great customer service. They are very hardworking, and doing outstanding job.

I placed an order at 8:10 PM and then 920 rolls around. I called him and they said they?re delayed 945 rolls around. I go outside to wait for them and my food is sitting on my porch never got a doorbell never got a knock on the door and never got aphone call and my pizza is as cold as it is outside I called the manager and he said he gave me a refund and hung up withouteven letting me finish.

If you supply a pizza and ring the doorbell at almost 11 a.m., you should be sure that it is the right house first. Thanks for waking up our child.
