The staff were incredibly cheerful and engaging with the customers, always eager to ask about our day. The food was fantastic, and the fries were hot and tasty, though those watching their salt intake might find them a bit less seasoned. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained.

To make matters worse, we were overcharged and told that the drink wasn't included, even though it was clearly listed in the menu image. After a long 10-hour workday, I was just looking to enjoy my meal, not deal with a $3 discrepancy. We waited in line for over 20 minutes, received cold chicken, and the mashed potatoes tasted chemical and were completely inedible. The mac and cheese was gummy, and the biscuit was as hard as a rock. All in all, it was a disappointing experience.

I work there, and I can say that the staff is very nice and professional. The establishment is clean, and the work environment is great.

Food is horrible, buffet is gone (the best thing they had going for them), portions have shrunk dramatically to children's portions, and prices have skyrocketed. Forget about side substitutions if you have coupons because they no longer allow that soeven if you hate coleslaw too bad, you are stuck with it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone now.

Place is a joke. Pieces of chicken are so small it's like they are meant for children and the individual sides are so small it's like they are meant for children too. For the prices they charge it's just completely unacceptable. I will never be back!
