Harold's Chicken Ice - Marietta

Great service and tasty fried chicken, fried catfish and shrimp! I ordered take out over the phone and the girl who took my order (name started with an L” was super friendly and professional and knowledgeable about the menu. She guided me through how to get a combination of dark meat, white meat and fried fish for a family of 3. She told me to pick up in 20 minutes from the bar and when I said “oh you have a bar?! I didn’t realize “ she offered to give me a tour of the restaurant when I arrived. Then she really did that! So sweet. I sometimes feel pressured to leave a tip for takeout when the packer doesn’t even do anything extra to make sure my order is right etc but I’m this case I was pleased to leave 20% on take out because she was so kind and attentive even in to go. Food was fresh and hot and flavorful. Nice atmosphere for sports watchers too. I’ll order here again. Thx.

Wow. Arrived at Restaurant at 12:30 PM and Ordered Catfish/White Chicken combo dinner. And, after sitting there for about 20 Minutes and thinking my food should haver arrived already, the Waitress came to table to say they are unable to do food orders for the next 15-30 minutes. I was on lunch break and they let me sit there that long, before they tell me this ?!?! NO Explanation given as to why and waitress just walked off, after telling me this.

Moldy hookah !!! Good food and drinks but they definitely need to spend more time in cleaning out the hookah bases. Green/black mold at the bottom

Normally don't wrote reviews, but our waitress Angel was SUPER GREAT!! She got our food correct, introduced us to her special mimosa. Definitely will go back!!Food: 5/5

The waitress was amazing, but the food was just okay. I don't order chicken,but I heard that it's really good. I will not be going back because we dined in but needed to go containers, and we were charged $2 for the to go containers.Food: 1/5
