Franks Cajun Soul Kitchen - Marietta

I don't write reviews often. But Franks deserves one. You have incredible food. I'm just gonna get Cheesesteak from them. Brisket is amazing. Wings to point. And they only give me shrimps. All I had eaten from them was great. And the service is great.

Ordered rib tips .The rib tips were just okay. I was looking for Chicago style rib tips. If the rib tips are cooked correctly you will never need sauce. I used plenty of sauce. Good rib tips have a little snap, not falling off the bone ,not tough either.

UPDATE: A gentleman who had been working in the establishment for a few years over heard conversation with the other employee and took it upon himself to explain the misunderstanding and address customer service issue which helped. Thanks. I did taste food and got some for a friend and it was a bit salty on some of the dishes but apple cobbler was great! Worst customer service when it comes to your business! When someone is telling you that your online order prices aren?t matching up with orders placed at the window look into it. Don?t dismiss the customer on their order just because you want their money! Reviews and customer service goes a long way! Will not be coming here again and this was my first time and I haven?t tasted the food! Smh ?????

This is the worst ?soul food? restaurant I been. The pork chop was bland and dry. The Mac and cheese did not have any real cheese in it. More like plastic slice cheese. It had way too much black pepper in it. The rice was ok it was a lil spice but it have the potential to be good with additional ingredients. They wait time is over 30 mins. Never again. You might as well drive some where else to get real food. I recommend A1 soul food in Atlanta. The food is very good, affordable, and you don?t have to wait for food to be made. Thank me later. FYI: I am not affiliated with A1 soul food. I am customer who loves to eat good food. I was disappointed on the quality of the food I received at this restaurant and offered my opinion on another location that is much better. Another restaurant I forgot to mention is called fried tomatoes buffet in Kennesaw. It?s cost around 10 dollars and comes with a drink. They have pork chops, ribs, hot wings, macaroni, desserts etc on certain days. They website will provide all the details on their menu. I did not write this review to tear down any establishment, you can learn a few things from my review and revamp your recipes! Lol if i did own al soul food I would have been put y?all out of business by offering all your customers who comes in with a receipt a free meal for wasting their time and money

Delicious Food. I had seen the sign for this restaurant a few weeks ago. I decided to try it as a Friday night treat. I wasn't disappointed!! This food was so good. I had a pulled chicken sandwich platter. My sides were baked beans and mac n cheese. It was the best pulled chicken sandwich I have ever had. The beans and mac n cheese were so yummy as well!!! I tried to eat as much as I could, but still had a little left over for the next day. The chess pie was good. But a little too sweet for my taste. If you love sweet then get the pie. I'll get the peach cobbler next time. We need this restaurant in Marietta.
