I mean, the service over the app was good. the sandwiches were okay. but my jelly donut had no jelly.

Waite in drive thru until my ice cream melted! location je worst! I ordered ices and paid with my app with my $25. I wait and wait as a line is coming after me and asked for my ice. She tells me I have to wait. I'm just waiting and waiting for her to say there's a problem with the machine. I'm asking for that because it's melting. she wants to give me that. then someone comes into the window and says you owe $6. I said, why didn't she tell me that instead of seeing my ice melt?? She says she's new and kills the door on me. I have reviewed my balance and there are the same $25 on my app for use. how about you just say you're incompetent, you don't know how to scan an app and let your customers wait until it melts. zero stars! bad service, attentive staff.

The worst! I just left this place where I often go. I do not expect a great service at dunkin donuts, but most employees are pleasant enough. Today I went in and while I was the only customer I got zero service, I was totally ignored. I waited patiently for a few minutes before I decided to go. I felt that it was the best way for my mental health and past anger management problems. I am regularly at the place and am now disappointed that I will no longer be. it is regrettable if a business employee is not worth on service or the things that they keep in business. fortunately, there are several other places for me that I can go to.

I found a used band-aid in my donut . Inside of my donut . I wish i was joking and i wish i took a picture but this is the most vial and disgusting thing i've ever had in my food and that's absolutely embarrassing i will never eat duncan again and i'm still debating weather or not to take it to corporate bc quite frankly that's terrible. DD as a company should feel embarrassed that something like this happened.
