The woman at the window, whose name Thaddeus told me is Melanie, had an attitude from the start. When I calmly explained that I was exchanging my order, her attitude only seemed to worsen. She handed me my order without saying a word, just like the first time, but I understand that working in the drive-thru can be stressful, so I tried to brush it off. After she closed the window on me, I realized I needed ketchup, so I waved to get her attention. She just stared at me from behind the closed window, seemingly trying to figure out what I was saying. When she finally opened it, she handed me the ketchup and then told her coworker, "Come work the drive-thru because I can't!" It sounded like she was referring to our interaction, but I had never been rude or hostile; I just wanted a quick meal after a long day. The service was absolutely terrible and could have been easily improved with a simple "How would you like to be treated as a customer?" mindset.

Delicious food, excellent value, and they're open late! The tray meals include two sides and a drink, and for just $1 extra, you can swap the drink for a milkshake. You can enjoy a meal for under $10 per person. I ordered the Chargrilled Chicken Sandwich Tray with fries and hush puppies. I added bacon and cheese to the sandwich and upgraded my drink to a chocolate shake, all for only $9.32. Even at 2:30 am (just 30 minutes before closing), the service was outstanding—quick and attentive—and the food was fresh!

This restaurant is amazing! If you're hungry, you definitely won't leave here still feeling that way. The menu is packed with an incredible variety of options! They offer combo meals where you can mix and match main dishes as you like. Want a cheeseburger, a corn dog, and another cheeseburger? No problem—you have plenty of choices! And speaking of choices, if you’re in the mood for a shake, they have an impressive selection with around 40 different flavors to pick from. The service is quick, and the staff is super friendly. But the best part has to be the prices! This place is incredibly affordable. With all the options available, it’s quickly become one of my favorite dining spots. It makes me sad that there aren’t any locations in Ohio!

The customer service was excellent, and the food was enjoyable. The restaurant was clean, and it had a very quiet atmosphere, likely because it was a Sunday afternoon. However, the milkshakes were quite thick, making them difficult to sip through a straw. I had to wait an hour before I could drink it another way, but aside from that, my family and I had a great time.
