Chipotle Mexican Grill - Marietta

Eating came fast, but they missed about half the selected ingredients on everything we ordered. I've been eating here for a long time and probably won't come back. I ordered a burrito and it is about the size of an iphone mini in length. really unacceptable.

Don’t know if it was a bad day but me and daughter come here a lot but today no drinks staff seemed off and chips was stale and food was not good no forks and spoons was dirty with food crumbs over them

I can understand that the restaurant has staffing issues. but not acknowledging customers and not explaining you only take online orders so I am not just standing there is just plain rude. Why not open your mouth and say that. There is no common courtesy at this location.

Unfortunately I have to take time to give this location a 1 star review. After many bad experiences I told myself I would never come back but I gave them one last chance and ordered online because every time I went there in person to order there was never guacamole for in person orders and rude staff. When I arrived tonight at 8:30 PM the whole place was locked for some reason and they wouldn’t tell me why. Only allowing online orders. I thought I lucked out bc I FINALLY ordered online. I was allowed in to get my online order but when I got home there was at least four toppings missing from my bowl with the smallest portion I’ve ever seen. I don’t understand how such a popular franchise can allow so many bad reviews and bad experiences to keep happening with no change. I’m hoping someone will help them out bc it truly sucks feeling sad after giving this location my business time after time.

This place has hit a new low. Doors locked and nothing on the door stating they were only taking online orders. I was able to get in when someone left and brought it to their attention and they ignored me. Also this restaurant was filthy, dirty. That did it for me. Utterly filthy dirty and poorly managed. They should be shut down.
