Francisco's Mexican Food - Maricopa

For fast eating they are shrunk bark tacos are pretty good and the super nachos are a reason when we are a little hungry. However, they must be careful and ask for the green sauce on the side, because the last time I asked them to put green sauce on the super afteros, they have an extra $2.79 on the side it is free. And weigh the prices have risen thanks to the pandemic, but above all the inflation that could have been avoided, we have less Mexican food and eat more than before. but also means that I have to make more scourge. these rising costs, which rise much faster than come in, is really a great pain.

Me and my lady went here for a quick bite expecting to get our food within 10 15 minutes after ordering . We got 2 mini tacos, 4 big tacos. Received our food after the people who?ve ordered after us. Maybe it was because he only ordered 4 burritos , oh well. Another 10 minutes rolls by then we get our food. It tasted alright , but I would not bring anybody here to impress. Costed around $34 for two people to eat sloppy tacos. The big tacos were falling out and doused with grease, the tortillas were floppy undercooked , the salsas red and green tasted great, but were so watery they didn?t last on the taco. You also must ask for limes , which are cut into 4ths which are pretty large in my opinion . A clean restaurant with just 6 tables, the horchata was pretty tasty and they have Mexican Coke. This place is good if you are okay waiting for a while and don?t care how the food looks, tastes alright. Definitely not a place for authenticity , at least the tacos that is.

Lately we noticed that this place is becoming a real disgrace. Not only they won 't answer the phones and if they do they just say hello without mentioning the name of the restaurant. Meals are shrinking, they forget to put some ingredients, like cilantro for example tonight I picked up my four plates and none of them had cilantro or the corn tortillas. I called to tell them I didn 't get my tortillas and they just say hello and hung up on me. I tried to speak to a young guy a few weeks ago, I think was the cook very rude almost left without listening what I had to say. When they first open this place people at the front were very attentive and polite. I can 't say the same about the new staff. The women that supposed to answer the phones just hung around at the kitchen to chit chat. Owner needs to replace all these people. I am glad new Mexican restaurants are coming to Maricopa. They used to be my favorite not anymore.

Sorry excuse for Mexican food. Was really looking forward to finding a good Mexican restaurant in town. We ordered a sausage breakfast burrito, carne asada fries, and 3 tacos (chicken, carne asada, carnitas). Sausage burrito was the only thing we finished, threw the rest away because it was super bland. Definitely wasn't impressed with hard shell chicken taco. On top of that, we had called this order in ahead of time, we were told it would take ~20 minutes, ended up sitting for another 20 minutes once we got there, so really it took about 40 minutes. Don't waste your time or money here.

When in Maricopa and are craving Mexican ?? food, stop here! This spot was a delightful surprise! Ambiance and decor are basic. Decent sized (Big Burritos) are tasty. I also tried their rolled tacos ? special, they are average. Overall, a decent place, stick with burritos ? .
