Domino's Pizza - Marianna

When I called the store to address my concerns, I spoke to the manager, Tristian, who simply responded, "Yes, ma'am." I want to emphasize that I wasn't looking for a free pizza; I just wanted my order to be correct and tasty. It would have been nice if Tristian had acknowledged my feedback with an apology. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be returning to Domino's, as it seems they are not focused on customer satisfaction. I'm not saying customers are always right, but I believe they should receive exactly what they ordered.

This review is specifically for the Domino's in Forrest City, but since they don't have a separate listing, I'm leaving it here. This is the second time they have messed up my order out of three. My most recent order shows it was completed over 30 minutes ago, and it still hasn't even gone out for delivery. This is unbelievable! The first order I placed a couple of weeks ago was incredibly late as well; they offered us a free soda and dessert but then failed to deliver those items. I'm truly baffled as to how this location is still in business.

My order status shows that it was completed over 30 minutes ago, and it wasn't even for delivery. It’s outrageous. The first order I placed a few weeks ago was also late, to put it mildly.
