I had the pleasure of having dinner at the Bacio di Sale restaurant this evening, and I must say that the culinary experience was of the highest level. This charming place is an oasis of gastronomic refinement, where the art of pizza and pasta reaches the peak of perfection. The pizza dough here is a real work of art. Light, subtle and fragrant, was a joy for the palate. The selection of condiments was a symphony of flavors, with fresh and high quality ingredients that harmoniously married. However, what really fascinated my taste were the troccoli to the drain. A masterpiece of marine cuisine, the pasta was al dente and the ingredients of the sea were treated with the utmost care. Each mouthpiece was a journey into the deep ocean, with complex notes and surprisingly fresh tastes. The service at Bacio di Sale was equally impeccable, with a attentive and well trained staff.

Flow management is very confusing and unprofessional. Pizza is eatable but nothing more. Passable bruschettas. The level of the room, in general, is mediocre.

Unbelievable, even remove the menu from your hands to give it to the other tables. You can also not choose what is written in the menu, but what they propose otherwise the kitchen goes in tilt. Get up now and run.

I put 2 stars just because pizza is not evil... but nothing... high prices for what is offered, poor quality, slow service, very piccantissimi... That's not good. Unconscious!
