I 've come here a few times because it 's convenient as it sits directly on 441. If you 're looking for a friendly smile, this is not the place. Today took the cake though, as the cashier was rude to the patron in front of me. He ordered ox tail and his cost came to $14.43. He gave the cashier $20.03. The cashier told him that she cannot ring it up with the $20 bill and just three pennies .... The patron said yes you can, and they went back-and-forth for a few seconds until he told her to just give him the three pennies back. I 'm not sure if the lady understands that you can indeed ring up the change without having the entire amount of the change. Someone should school her on counting money. She even called him crazy when he left. Just rude. The food is nothing out of this world and the portions they give are subpar. The brown stew chicken that I ordered is tough.With this being the case, you would think you to get more pleasantry and at least a cashier that knows how to count money. I don 't think I 'll ever be back here.

Been coming here for years and the two things that I've always hated were the servers with bad attitudes and if there are two ppl in front of me in line I will wait at least 20mins before I get my food, but the food has always been awesome....not lately because the jerk is inconsistent one day is full of flavor and fresh and next it's old and dry with no grill flavor..the rice used to be good but now they must have changed the recipe or cut back on expenses which show in their food now cause it just seem like there is no love put in to making the food like back in the days

Verryyy disappointing the jerk seems old all the time with little flavor.... I don't know what changed in the past 6 months to a year!!! BUT GET IT BACK!!!! I actually use to eat the jerk 3-4 times a week ....!!! Not only is the customer service HORRIBLE!!! And they act is if you're bothering them and they move like there's bricks tied to their feet!!!! So slow!!!! don't go there on your lunch break because you will blow 35-40 mins of it waiting for the 3 people in front of you.... (NOTE TO THE OWNER!!! PLEASE GET YOUR OLD COOKS AND STAFF BACK) until then me and my colleagues won't be back

Best I've eaten in a while....... Good service!!!! Seafood always on point and the Jamaican dishes are authentic

In terms of service, this is the most horrible Jamaican restaurant in northern Broward County.I have had three experiences in the past 1.5 months that have cemented the fact that I will never eat from this place again.1- Phoned ahead an order. A clueless young lady advised that the order would be ready when I got there. Due to their three-person capacity, I still waited 30 minutes in line for my phone in order. Even though I called asking if I can just get in to pick the already prepared order up and was placed on hold for an extended period of time while I watched the two serving slowly serve and socialize.2. phoned in an order again and was told to wait. Received cold good.3. After saying that I would never go to this place again, I saw them on Uber eats and figured they couldn't possibly mess up. The order was suppose to take 30 minutes for delivery. I called 1.5 hours later and was answered by a young girl. She got the attention of an older lady that advised that she just walked in and the restaurant must have been busy because they didn't make my order. There was 0 apology from their end.I come from a background on process management in restaurants. This is the worse display I've ever seen of how to operate a restaurant. I'm not the only one that feels this way because the two times I've had to wait outside, people complained the entire time. Don't waste your time eating here.
