Boston Market - Margate

I will avoid going back. Found small cockroaches hiding under the cookies at the cash register. This is an older store and I think they're having a hard time maintaining. Food was not served as hot as it should be.

Let me tell you, it was the worst thing I've ever eaten. The pot pie had no flavor and was completely dry. It seemed like they had just dumped frozen or canned vegetables into the pie crust without any seasoning. The spinach was terrible as well. I decided to call the store to let the manager know about my experience and request a refund. However, she informed me that they don’t offer refunds, which left me confused as to why they would want to give me store credit for more terrible food. Her customer service was lackluster; when I mentioned I would come in the next day, she didn't even ask for my name, and she didn't apologize at all. She acted indifferent, as if she didn’t care. Boston Market really needs to improve if they want to stay in business. I certainly will not be returning.

Used to be good. Absolutely horrible food now. Chicken is dry, mashed potatoes watery, mac and cheese is one big clump that's cold, gravy was watery and gravy mix floating in the gravy. Boston Market a chain needs to close down. It's time has passed. It's disgusting now. Food is cold as well. A health inspection would also be in order.

The food was terrible—the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and stuffing were ice cold. The atmosphere inside was very chilly and uninviting. Overall, the setup felt off, especially with the tables arranged differently due to the virus. I paid $32 for a meager lunch with small portions. I won't be returning; I'm staying away for good!

I've ordered for pickup several times and have never had an issue; the food is always fresh. I’m giving it four stars, though, because the signature sauces come at an extra cost, and the chicken tends to be a bit dry.
