Miki's Open Kitchen - Margaret River

We has a wonderful meal. It is a little expensive, but worth every cent. It is best if you make reservations, because it is a popular spot. Make sure you call, trying to do it on line did not work. There were 4 of us, therefore, we tried a lot of different dishes and the next dish was as good as the next.

Wow thinking Japanese would be all fish and nothing but, but wow I was very surprised it was so good, would I go back yes I would.

We visited two nights in a row: one night for the wine pairing, the other the sake. I won't go into details about the food as it changes from day to way, and week to week. All i really want to say was that we thoroughly enjoyed the evening: the staff are great, the food totally wonderful and fun, and the ambience warm and friendly.I strongly you go there one evening.

Degustation, Miki's Trust. So delicious. The slow cooked pulled beef with sesame crust. Gluten accomodating menu!

The restaurant came recommended and was well worth the visit. It was not Japanese as one is expecting but instead, it has some Japanese elements infused with local ingredients producing interesting creations.
