When you roll into the city when they are open, you come into an oasis. The most beautiful afternoons were spent with wonderful conversations about super tasty clean dishes and glasses of wine. The last Trans Pecos weekend was done by lunch in La Playa... well done!

We went by today and had the most amazing taco? the big curve.. I think it'll be hard for me to find a better place for lunch. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are on the beach, but then look at the beautiful marfa sky and the memory that you are not near the ocean. I have a feeling that if I leave Marfa, I will long this place in my dreams.
