Do Your Thing Coffee - Marfa

The staff is really friendly! I think she could be the owner?! It's a woman show and she's doing a great job! Coffee is really good and her niche is toasts that are so delicious! worth waiting! On-site support by buying their goods! Must try!

There are multiple local coffee shops to choose from in Marfa, but I highly recommend checking out Do Your Thing! I had an excellent flat white with oat milk, and I also want to try some of their specialty toasts on my next visit. The shop itself is charming and is located in a unique building with ample seating both inside and outside. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to West Texas.

The solo female performer who entertained us at this cozy spot over the weekend was a hidden gem. I would have happily waited an hour for my coffee, as she was incredibly kind and welcoming. The coffee itself was delicious, and I adored the quaint atmosphere of the place. Hands down the best spot in Marfa. Skip the Sentinel and head straight here.

I ordered a flat white and a horchata latte and both were absolutely delicious. I had high expectations for the coffee, based on my previous experience at the Gage Hotel in Marathon, TX (where they use coffee from a roaster in Marfa). However, this elegant, upscale coffee shop located in a historic lumberyard surpassed my already high expectations. If I lived closer, I would definitely return.
