I just started with Dr. De Los Santos the last part of Jan., 2022. I saw her three times. Today was my third visit and I can't find the words how impressed I am!! I wish I had moved to San Antonio years ago! Everyone is so nice, polite, cordial, polite, smart and just a pleasure to be around. Above all, however, their professionalism and completeness!!! From the doctor, the nurses, the person you registered, phone ladies, lab people, and to the people back in the Dept Records (the one on the left, how to get out of the back)... everyone will take care of the MAX!!! As for my health, I feel much better than the first time I saw Dr. De Los Santos!!!! And I'm sure I feel better with time than EVER!!!! Thank you to all at this wonderful place sooooooooooo very!!!

I went to the lab department to do a few tests for an upcoming operation. From the lady who works at the reception to the lady who draws blood. All were amazing. The patients were in and out. These ladies offer amazing customer service for everyone. Considering how busy they were, their really weren't waiting. I hope they take some time to eat. Thank you, ladies.

This is the perfect office to call if you like to speak with rude receptionists (Melissa M. Is your person). You answer the phone so unhurriedly and dismiss your questions and concerns. You also do an excellent job to cut you off and get so much information from you before your questions have been answered. You can say this office really trains its staff to provide the most disappointing service. This office will strengthen your mind, especially on Monday morning.

I love coming here, it's always so inviting. I always care about when I come here, but today the reception staff was extremely rude. When you get in, she's in the left corner. I heard them behind the mask and couldn't have a few other people either. She was frustrated what I could see. N, I didn't take my insurance fast enough for her. She started blowing and throwing around. It was very unprofessional and immature. If you work with people, learn patience. I feel that she was rude and either needs a holiday or working in another area. Outside of her, I had a great experience as usual.
