Zuru Ramen Poke - Marelly's

The food was not cooked!!We ordered chicken popcorn for my kidIt was raw!! And we told the girl on the cashier she was very rude and argued us about it she claimed that everybody eats the chicken like that and that she couldn’t do anything about it!!

Wow!! I’ve never thrown the food in my life, specially not ramen. The Shoyu ramen broth is literally just soy sauce with water but like the broth is black and salty level 100. The pork color extremely unappealing and the flavor tasted like old simmer pork without any kind of aromatic of any kind. Egg… well that was not a soft boiled egg and I don’t mean like a little over cook, I mean like it was never meant to be soft. Can’t say anything about the noodles other that didn’t look promising… I had to throw the whole thing off.I understand this is “mall” food but geez this is by far the worst ramen I’ve had in my life.

Got the R1 basic ramen. Picture looked good flavor was ok. But didn’t get the egg. That’s a biggie for us. Top shelf with an egg. Pay attention to you order don’t take it for

Noodles are the ones you get anywhere else. Lack it mainly has pasta only very disappointed.

My bowl was missing half the stuff, portions are way smaller here than in actual restaurants. the boba was made wrong. Employees are too busy rushing to assist fixing any issues. I wouldn't waste my money on this location.
