We ordered appetizers and drinks and by the time we ordered our food we were already full. The reservation was at 7:45 but we had to wait quite a bit longer, especially when we chose to sit on the patio which was empty.
I love Cooper's hawk! However as a wine club member this was the very first location that I visited that felt completely rushed. Our server was great. The wine tasting experience was unprofessional and not welcoming at all. This location really should work on guest experience and being more nice to guest. The Tampa, west shore location does a great job at guest experience. I'd love to return if this experience is improvised and improved.
I love this restaurant! Although it is usually busy, the atmosphere is usually nice and the wait is not that long. My server was Dylan J. and the service was excellent. I ordered the lobster bisque and the chicken risotto dish and both were delicious.
Service was not up to the usual standard. He was slow, I told him my entree came out wrong and he never fixed it. Had an issue with the bill and had to wait to get that fixed. Manager never came
Compare with waterfall lake location this is not worth it, very bad service the waitres forgot to bring the bread even after asking several times then we order two bottles of wine and she drop the bottles and left for about 10 min. Before coming and open the bottles, i am a club member and don't want to return to this location.
