Cheesecake ice cream: great The waffle bowl was a bit tough to break, probably good for waffle cone purposes so it won’t get soggy and allow melted ice cream to pour out. Service: I came an hour and 30 mins before they closed. I wish I would have came earlier. The service would have probably been better. There were three people in front of me, no one behind me. The staff seemed to be in a rush. Maybe to start closing tasks. I wish they had a menu for the toppings. They are laid out at next to the cashier and it’s hard to see with others in line, so if you haven’t been there before (like I) it’s really awkward when the server asks you for your choices and you have no idea. By the time I could actually see the topping choices, the server passed the bowl onto the cashier. I saw they were in a rush so I just left it as is instead of asking to add things. I had planned to eat the bowl inside (didn’t take long to eat) but my mind quickly changed. They started sweeping and stacking the chairs (they didn’t close for another hour). They even pulled the chairs from the table I was sitting at and stacked them. So, I got up and added my chair to the stack before leaving. Service wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great. I thought an hour and a half would be far enough from closing but it wasn’t.
The service is what keeps me going back, also my moms can't get enough of their ice cream lol, legit after work I have drop it off. Massive respect to all those working day in /out to eventually achieve their goals.... Si te estoy hablando) Mad Props.

Very rude staff, especially the girl she just seemed very annoyed by customers. Extremely over priced.!
I went to make my purchase and today's two employees were preparing things with attitudes, without being polite at all, especially the EMI cashier who has no manners at all. I hope that the manager takes action on the matter and gives him training so that he can at least say Hello, good night, and thank you, I don't think he will return to this establishment
