Emerald Creek Ice-creamery - Mareeba

Large ice cream under new possession with interesting ice and sorbet aromen. we loved the local davidson plum and lilly pilly that made with own fruit trees! they have some beautiful picnic tables under the trees to sit under the birds.

Beautiful place for a coffee. biltong was delicious. many small tasty bites for sale, ice and typical cafe tea. quite close to smaragd bach falls and davies bach so could be a nice break on the way there / back. I'll be back!

Stopped off for a light lunch and ice cream for the kids. Glad we did. No joke, best toastie(s) we’ve had. Maybe we were particularly hungry or something but the ham was great, cheese was spot on, the bread was just right. Just what we needed. Kids really enjoyed their Icecream as well, quite a few flavours to choose from. Had some beefy jerky here as well. All in all well worth the stop in here if you’re going past.

Where do I start...... Been past this place so many times over the years, but never stopped. Was pleasantly surprised at the ambience the service the product range indoor/outdoor seating AND the coffee and ice cream. Well worth a stop.... highly recommend the place!!
