Dragon Palace Restaurant - MARDEN

This used to be a good option for take away, but tonight's service has put me off for good. Vegetables and Fried Rice had hair in them. Called to advise, they seemed disinterested. Eventually told me to bring our food in to show them. They cooked another Vegetable dish for us, but not Fried Rice. Never said sorry, nothing apologetic about the staff... :

The sevice staff often look confused and way too busy but the food is well priced, reliable and good quality.

Always tasty, always generous, just wished they offered midweek delivery. Regardless, it remains our favourite local, “old-school” style, local Chinese takeaway.

Have been coming here for many years and food has always been very good however our experience tonight leaves me concerned. One of our party specifically requested her food be cooked separately due to a crustacean allergy, the main meal (chicken dish) contained a prawn tail. Fortunately the reaction was minor but it could have been much worse, they need to take their duty of care more seriously. As for the food, most in our group enjoyed theirs, my satay beef was ok without being anything special but having a seafood allergy myself I won’t be going back

Exceptional Chinese food. Will be back again as the flavours were delicate and fresh. Wonderful to experience the evening with Chinese tradition also.
