Came back to dinner next night and had the swordfish and Snapper, both absolutely amazing. Service was exceptional. We sat both nights in the bar area. Will definitely return!
Loved our dinner. Clams appetizer and Fritto misto (great light tempura style batter) were excellent. The snapper main was awesome. Good wine list too. Overall a pretty good value with how well it was executed.
We both started with salads and shared an octopus appetizer. There isn't much to say about the salads—they're salads, after all! However, the octopus was cooked perfectly, allowing its delicious flavors to really shine. For the main courses, my partner ordered the almond-crusted flounder, while I chose the local lobster. My partner prefers simpler dishes, so he appreciated that the fish was prepared in a way that clearly distinguished the almonds from the flounder. He really enjoyed it. My lobster was quite good, though I wasn’t a big fan of the cauliflower risotto—it was fine, just not to my taste. For dessert, we shared some bread pudding, which was also enjoyable. The service at the restaurant was excellent. I understand that many restaurants are facing staffing shortages, but you certainly wouldn't notice it here.
This was the best meal I've had on Marco Island. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was fantastic. We chose to sit at the bar and had a wonderful time chatting with both bartenders, who were incredibly knowledgeable about the menu options and flavors. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. You can really tell they pay attention to the details. I highly recommend it!
Absolutely the best meal we enjoyed during our annual stay in Marco. Fin Bistro doesn't aim to be pretentious; instead, it offers a high-end experience in a relaxed setting. The dishes are straightforward, allowing the fresh ingredients to shine without excessive seasoning.
