The food was fantastic when you received it for the price. However, I noticed that one employee was quite unhelpful with new customers. When I called to place an order, she seemed aware that I was struggling with the menu, yet she didn't offer any assistance. When I went to pick up my order, she just made me pay and then sat down right in front of me, which made for an awkward experience. Overall, it wasn't a very pleasant interaction.

The Italian deli and market offers some of the best pizza, pasta dishes, and sandwiches I've had in a long time! This was our first visit, and we've already added this place to our favorites list. We can't wait to return!

We absolutely love this place; the food is incredibly good. However, we've had to leave early on two separate occasions due to the behavior of some men in the bar area. They were loud, using foul language and smoking marijuana in their cars. This is something the management should consider, as it is a family restaurant. Despite these issues, I would still rate it 5 stars because the food is fantastic.

The front counter was disorganized, and I had to wait 20 minutes for a takeout order that was supposed to be ready. I ordered the stuffed artichoke heart for $14, but it consisted of just three small quarters of canned artichoke hearts topped with breadcrumbs and cheese. I also got the eggplant sandwich for $16, which wasn't freshly made—it was hard and stale. I've been a regular customer at Italian Deli since it opened, but I've noticed a decline in both service and food quality over the past year.

The restaurant offers delightful food and boasts an attractive ambiance.
