I 've always dined with my family in Mandarin since I was a kid in Davao and even in our travels to Cotabato, and Gensan, but I was never treated this POORLY in a Mandarin restaurant. We waited 45 minutes before me and my friend 's orders were taken. 5 times na kaming balik nang balik sa front desk and the staff keep saying wait lang Ma 'am and 2 of them even said it SARCASTICALLY with an eye roll. That same server na binalikan namin, eh inuna pa kunin yung order ng nasa likod namin na kararating lang nun. When we asked them to clean the table, kinuha lang nila yung Plato at walang punas punas. When they got our orders, they said 10-15 minutes but we ended up waiting for 30 minutes! Gutom talaga kami nung time na yun, at palipat lipat kami ng kainan kasi laging puno at busy yung iba. Since I TRUSTED Mandarin as a kid, pumasok kami doon. The food is great as always pero THE STAFF WERE VERY RUDE. Lahat sila actually, pati yung table cleaner tinawag namin ng 2 times eh 3 meters away lang naman siya sa amin, but he chose to ignore us at umalis. The staff should be trained on how to treat customers RIGHT. If not, better employ new staff kasi masisira reputation ng resto. By the way WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES. Marami kaming nakita g nag walk out angrily kasi ang hina ng service.

I love the food. I've always been a big fan of mandarin. But the crew here works really really slow. Like of all the branches I've visited, this one wins the slowest crew award.

My favorite place to go when I crave for Chinese cuisine. Good food,good place, good service, pleasant staff.
