Taverna Al Pescatore - MARANO LAGUNARE

A week ago my husband and I stopped by Marano Lagunare on our way from Chioggia to Duino. We were lucky to get a table outdoors at Taverna al Pescatore, even though it was Mother’s Day. We enjoyed the friendly, unpretentious atmosphere and the very...good fish and seafood. Among other things, I ordered canoce (little flat shrimplike things) that seem to be translated into English with mantis shrimp. My husband had brodetto – a fish stew and both of these dishes can be highly recommended. We would definitely go back and maybe stay overnight in the town.

Good quality, reasonable price , service and welcome very appreciated. Place to return to enjoy the beautiful Marano in a good restaurant with nice port view.

Ottima cena di pesce, tutto pesce fresco e ben cucinato. Molto gentili le proprietarie. Prezzi nella norma.

Ottimo posto per cenare. Le decorazioni e il coperto creano un'atmosfera Marina e adatta al luogo. Menu di pesce fresco e patate fritte fatte in casa. Perfetto, lo consiglio.

Uno dei posti preferiti. La cucina ê semplice e curata. Anche il conto ê ragipnevole considerando il menù tutto di pesce....
