Ultima Cucina - Mar del plata

It was my first and last time there, unfortunately. The food was very unseasoned, and it was an overall poor experience.

We really enjoyed the goat cheese appetizer and the Chicken Parm and the Ragu. Would definitely come back.

Food and cocktails was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced, but the real star of the evening was the service. Our hostess (manager? and waitress were truly exceptional, going above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable.

There is some clear issues with turnover. We came in 10 mins before opening and was able to place a drink order and food order shortly after opening. There was seven of us with a brand new day one server who had absolutely no help from managers or other staff. My food came out cold and one Caesar salad came with no dressing and the cook staff looked at us like we were the issue. There was a clear lack of communication in the kitchen staff.
