Smoothie King - Mar del plata

Ordered a smoothie on the app, and the location was closed. I was unable to get a refund. Terrible experience.

Love this place but sometimes its closed when it should be open. Sometimes they run out of ice. I've ordered on the app only to walk to the store and it is closed! (Didn't get my money back) Sometimes they want the pedestrians to stand in the drive thru lane to order. This place needs to close down!! Very disappointing!!

Ordered from this store one time, online said OPEN got to the store was CLOSED. I emailed about the situation and never got a response. I will never visit this location again, actually after this experience, I stopped going to smoothie king all together. A very disappointing, unprofessional experience to spend my money online, go to pickup my order, store is closed, and when I contact to ask why it was closed no response.

Came by on a Saturday at 10am, drive thru and inside closed. Came by on a Sunday at 10 am, same thing. The hours reflected hrtr and on their front door do not matter. Whoever works here dictates hours and if you don't know them, you're out of luck. Also, employees do not listen to you or care what you say. They simply give you whatever they want.

Got my smoothie here today by ordering in advance, no issues with the order or the staff, but my comment is to the owner/manager: why is there nowhere to seat for customers OR the staff? I came in, asked if there is anywhere to seat, and the employees said no, unfortunately, we are on our feet all day ourselves. That doesn’t seem right unless there is some reason?..
