I ordered a bucket of fried chicken and it was totally delicious. The service was excellent and my food was prepared quickly. I am very happy with my food and the service.
A decent KFC. We had little wait and the staff were very friendly. We had an issue with one of our orders, but they rectified it and gave us an extra salad to make up for it.
So I went to the Drive Through and it took like 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me over the speaker. I had waited so long that I was actually pulling off when I finally heard someone spoke and I literally had to back up to the speaker to order. Other than that hiccup the food was delicious and hot. But service was lacking in the time I had to wait.
We love our downtown KFC! Great crew, very customer conscious.
