Imo's Pizza - Mar del plata

They don't answer the phone...theu don't offer any help with the online orders. It says they are closed online when I try to pay but my boyfriend was just in there and all they said was try again. It's 314 day and I just want some imos. Seriously terrible service do not order from there

Imos is always good, it's just the employees that work there that's the issue. Always rude with an attitude problem. Well, in the city and North county anyway.... Don't go to this location if you want to be talked to with some sense and manners.

Can't go in the store. Have to wait in drive throu line even if u order online.

Best pizza in the lou baby! I always get vegetarian style with pinneapple and I'm never disappointed!

The absolute worse customer service in the whole St Louis Metropolitan area. I spoke with a lady that was so unprofessional and rude, that I couldn't believe it. I thought she was intentionally trying to get fired. I called her manager the next day to tell him about it and he told me she had a bad day, but I could tell by how she conducted herself that she had never held a job before a day in her life. I called another time and it was about 9:30. The guy worker picked the phone up and hung up on me, I called right back and he picked the phone up and again hung up. I called another time and they told me that I had to pay with a card, called another time and they told me I had to pay cash. This Imo's on Halls Ferry and Chambers is the worse and hardest place to place an order. These are just a few of the many problems I have had at this Imo's. I have given up on them getting better.
