Fiddlehead Fern Cafe - Mar del plata

Love this cafe and coffee shop. Their pour overs are so delicious and I get their iced coffee in the summer. The fact they use Union Loafer’s bread for their house toast, just makes me smile- love the neighborhood support. Staff is attentive and friendly. Plus there is always something new to see when I visit. I love to sit in the corner by the plants too. This is my fav place in St. Louis. The food is artwork on a plate. The lattes are beyond beautiful, especially the purple Ube. After my meal, I spent $13 on just cookies and pastries and just gave them a $20 bill and told them to keep the change. The experience of dining here for breakfast or lunch is priceless and the people who work there actually care about what they do. Much LOVE!!!

I love Fiddlehead and it’s staff! Everyone is so kind and easy to talk to and the food and beverages are top tier. If you’re ever wanting recommendations they always give great ones based off of what you like. I like to change things up and try to get something different every time I go and I’ve never been disappointed! Such a lovely place everyone should try. I always leave in a better mood.

The ubé cookie was delicious, I also ordered a steamer with ubé; loved it. Great alternative for anyone off caffeine, cortado textureless, not great. The cashew butter tomato toasts were my favorite. Avocado and chickpea toasts were a bit soggy and lacking in flavor. Pompeia salad dressing was thick and didn’t coat the salad well, and a bit flavorless.
