Przekaż informację zwrotnąMe and my mom just ordered 2 pizzas from here very very rude service the person on the phone hung up on my mom and then they act like they were deaf on the phone and then when we get our pizzas the delivery driver very rude we didn't have exact change and he was going to get a tip but he would have had to go back to the store to give us our change and all he said is whatever and walk away then we get to our pizzas and a pizzas is cold as my heart I probably won't be ordering from this place again it's a treat for my family to order out and we were so disappointed
Pizza blew my socks off for St Louis style. This place is definitely top 10 in the city. Would rate this take on Provel a 7/10. Perfect crisp crunch too.
This evening, July 9, 2021 I ordered a medium Cecil's Deluxe pizza with double bacon and double onion. What I received was a pizza with no cheese, a normal portion of bacon and onion, no sausage, green peppers and no mushrooms. However it was loaded with tomato paste. Plus I gave my driver a 20% gratuity before I knew they destroyed my order. A word to the wise, order from a different pizzeria. Gary from Creve Coeur.
If you order a gluten free pizza, make sure you cook it once you get home/once it's delivered because it's always soggy. I worked at Cecil's (different location) for 6 years and never had a problem with gluten free crust before. I also ordered on doordash and doordash wouldn't allow the BOGO coupon so I called to see if they could fix it and I was denied. When I worked at Cecil's I would call the customer myself and ask if they want their free pizza because 30+ dollars for one pizza is insane. Work on your people skills and cooking your gluten free food longer.
This place SUCKS they pick and choose who to give discounts too as well as NOT HONORING THERE OWN COUPONS THEY SEND OUT IN THE MAIL and on top of that the little girl who answers the phone is RUDE oh and let me add that when I PAID for pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese I NEVER GET THEM SMH
